What socthree is

socthree is an independent index of publicly published SOC 3 (“general use”) reports. We are not affiliated with the AICPA or with any listed company or audit firm. All reports belong to their issuers and auditors; SOC, SOC 2, and SOC 3 are trademarks of their respective owners.

What we list — and what we never list

• We list only SOC 3 reports that are publicly published by the company itself (a freely downloadable PDF, or a general-use report behind a free click-through).
• We never ingest, host, or link SOC 2 Type I/II reports, bridge letters, or any document marked confidential, “for the exclusive use of,” or available only under NDA or on request.
• Every listing displays its canonical public source URL, which remains authoritative.

Takedown & corrections

If you represent a listed company or auditor and want a listing corrected or removed — or believe a listed document should not be public — use the Report an issue action on the report page and select Takedown request. We honor removal and correction requests quickly.

Crawling

Our discovery crawler honors robots.txt, identifies itself with a descriptive User-Agent, rate-limits its requests, and never bypasses logins or access controls. Nothing it finds is published without human review.
